oh, and for those of you who never read the book or missed the tv special played some years back the "Pump up the volume" documentary is online. review for some this documentary sheds light on the history of house music. from its humble beginnings to its progression and different mutations. the first person accounts of the beginning still give me chills. recommended. get involved.
