get there on time and have to wait in lines for what seems like hours only to get to your terminal on time and have to wait some more.
get there late and be escorted to the front of the security line then rushed to your terminal where the plane, passengers and crew will be waiting for you. why? because the lady at the ticket counter made them. Ha!
